The hotel offered a fantastic breakfast buffet and had a central location in the heart of Riva del Garda. the breakfast terrace provided a pleasant dining experience, and the room temperature was ideal for a good night's sleep. the hotel also had a 15% discount for guests who dined in-house. the hotel was just a 5-minute walk from the lake, making it convenient for those who want to be in direct touch with nature.

Rooms are big but furnished in "Jail" style. The bathrooms was recently refurnished which was very nice. There is no noise isolation in the whole building. Everything is heard trough the walls and ceiling which is quite annoying when trying to sleep. When someone walks on the corridor it sounds like they are in your room, every single word in the hall is heard. However, taking into consideration the location this might be good place to stay overnight but the price is too hight.

The general areas, such as the terrace and garden, were well-maintained and provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views. , the hotel was conveniently located near the main shopping area and exhibition center, making it easily accessible for senior guests.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is the need for more attentive staff. Some of the younger employees seemed inexperienced and lacked proper communication skills.

A highlight was the live music on new year's eve which created a festive atmosphere.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, with limited space to store luggage. the elevator was a bit slow and sometimes crowded.
